This has resulted in physical and mental health hazards.  Obesity and violence has been on the increase among PC concentrated kids. In most of the PC game the strategy used is to win over the other character thru weapons and violence.  In a fit of rage the same is imitated in life situations.  Obese children are unable to concentrate on their studies; they usually feel low since they are unable to perform most of the activities done by the other children of their age and they also suffer from inferiority complex.  Kids loose their ability to be a team player among the other kids as well as loose on their other competencies like leadership qualities and writing and reading qualities. Among the senior age group the PC game definitely creates a rift in the personal and professional life. This leads to lack of communication and indifference created among co-partners.

PC game can definitely be seen with a positive outlook also.  These can be used as a teaching aid for attention deficit children.  It could redefine their motor skills. The benefits of the PC game could be drawn only if individuals restrict themselves to a certain time frame. It brings them in reality with the virtual world along with increase in memory power, recognizing patterns and solving problems. It could also be treated as a stress buster. In midst of hectic work schedule and a high temper, the short game on the computer would help keep control of your activities. In the long run, computer games could also be used to evade Alzheimer’s since certain games require a concentrated attention of mind and eyes.

All said and done, any controlled activity done would reap benefits.
